Variable Financial Consolidations Analyst
This position is currently working remote and will eventually go to a full time hybrid work schedule splitting time between home and the Auburn Hills corporate office. The ER&D Consolidation Analyst is responsible for the consolidation, financial reporting, and analysis of cost associated with activities within the extended Purchasing functions Specific responsibilities include:
Coordination and communication of budgets and monthly forecasts Coordinating development and communication of all external requests to the department, including those from FPA, and Accounting Coordination of all compliance activities within group, including SOX as well as internal accounting controls Additionally, this position will be a key contributor relative to leading, developing, and implementing a number of process improvements that will be aimed at improving the transparency of the analysis Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related discipline Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite products, SAP, and Hyperion Essbase An understanding of fundamental accounting principles Organized, self-starter, with strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills is absolutely required Proven ability to develop alternatives and recommendations to address issues where they are not immediately clear Preferred
Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to change, including prioritization of assignments Results-oriented, possessing the ability to plan, develop, implement and measure results Work with all levels of management within Finance and Engineering Operations
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
AccountingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
